The first look
Twenty minutes on a call. You tell me what is in the way, I ask questions and take notes, and you get a short written note with the smallest useful fix, what it would involve, and whether I am the right person to help.

Scope in writing
Deliverables, timeline, price, revisions, and handoff, in one document you approve before any paid work begins. Nothing is billed until you have said yes to it.

Build and handoff
I build it, you see the whole thing before it goes live, and the handoff is yours to keep: the site or the tool, and access to everything behind it. Ongoing help after that is optional and written down.
Before you book
Where I would be the wrong call.
Three kinds of business should hire somebody else, and it is cheaper for both of us if you find out here.
You want a team, an account manager, and a ticket queue.
There is one person here. That is why the phone number works, and why there is a limit to how much work fits in the room at once. If your project needs an agency, I would rather say so on the first call.
You need it live this week.
The schedule is a commitment. The smallest site runs one to two weeks from the day you approve the scope. A rush is sometimes possible. Ask before you pay.
You are buying purely on the number.
There is always somewhere cheaper, and if the price is the whole decision you should go there. I am not going to argue over ten percent.
